Action Angles

Get low. Way low. A ground-level perspective makes even a slow ride look dramatic. Crouch down, use a wide-angle lens, and include some foreground elements like pavement texture or gravel. For cornering shots, position yourself on the inside of the turn to capture lean angle. A 24mm to 35mm focal length works great for catching the bike and the environment together.

Details and Beauty Shots

Don’t forget the close-ups. The motor housing, the suspension linkage, the instrument cluster e-motos have beautiful technical details worth documenting. Use a shallow depth of field (wide aperture like f/2.8 or lower) to isolate the detail from the background. A macro lens or extension tubes can get you even closer to the intricate parts that make e-motos special.

Remember: the best camera is the one you have with you. Ride, shoot, repeat.
