Physical Conditioning

Contrary to popular belief, racing an e-moto requires serious physical fitness. The forces generated during cornering and braking are intense. Riders spend hours on strength training, focusing on core stability, neck strength, and cardiovascular endurance. “The lack of engine vibration means you feel every bump more directly,” says Marlin. “Your body has to absorb more of the track. You need to be fit.”

Race Day Rituals

Game day starts early. A light breakfast, a final briefing with the team, and a focused warm-up session. The pre-race grid walk, the helmet-on moment, the green flag each step is deliberate. “I have a playlist that gets me in the zone,” Marlin shares. “By the time the lights go out, all the preparation fades away and there’s just me, the bike, and the track.”
